This is why 100% of our associates were fully vaccinated against COVID-19 over the summer. Now, after long, careful consideration, and studying how to best keep all of our guests safe in the world we currently live in, we have made the decision to require all guests to also be vaccinated against COVID-19.
The US, the EU, and many other countries currently require all arriving international visitors to show proof of being fully vaccinated. This requirement will now apply to all Elements guests dining on or after December 23, 2021. Sharing this information now provides ample time for incoming guests to secure your full vaccination if you have not already.
Another reason for our vaccination requirement is that we welcome guests from all around the globe. Many countries now require that when their citizens travel, they are required to reside only in accommodations where both fellow guests and hotel associates are fully vaccinated.
Procedure to provide proof of vaccination
You have the option to submit the proof of vaccination before dining with us or by presenting it at the door. Guests must be fully vaccinated. Accepted vaccinations are Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, and AstraZeneca.
You may email the .pdf copy of your digital/QR code record of your vaccination, or take a photo or scan of your official proof of vaccination card prior to your arrival for each guest dining with us.
